About The Position

We are hiring Automotive Sales Professionals who are energetic, sharp, and goal-driven. The ideal candidate is passionate about the latest in vehicle technology and features, obsessed with creating an amazing guest experience both in person and online, and ready to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are essential, whether face-to-face, over the phone, via email, or on social media. A guarantee can be offered based on experience, to be discussed at the time of hire.

Requirements

  • Prior retail or automotive sales experience (preferred)
  • A passion for people, performance, and personal development
  • Comfort using technology: CRM tools, Microsoft Office, social media, and messaging platforms
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus!
  • A professional appearance and attitude
  • A valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • High school diploma or GED required (some college preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Managing & engaging with leads via CRM, chat, text, phone, and social media
  • Matching Guests with the perfect vehicle to meet their needs
  • Shooting quick video walkarounds and sending to interested buyers
  • Preparing and presenting vehicles for test drives
  • Guiding Guests through the full sales journey — from first touch to delivery
  • Staying up to speed on vehicle knowledge, competitive models, and handling objections with confidence
  • Building long-term Guest relationships and developing a personal book of repeat business
  • Assisting with vehicle delivery, service introductions, and follow-up communications
