About The Position

As an Oakley Sales Associate, you will help deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting sales goals and recommending personalized eyewear and apparel solutions. You will assist new and returning customers in finding products that suit their needs, lifestyles, and preferences; provide tailored advice about eyewear; and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. The role includes hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals, teammates, and leadership. You will also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Requirements
