About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families, helping customers find products for milestones throughout their parenting journey. You will work in a welcoming and inclusive retail environment and help create positive shopping experiences by assisting customers with products, resolving issues, supporting omnichannel needs, and handling store operations. Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb up and down a ladder.
• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and assist multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss through exceptional customer service and by maintaining a safe, clean store.
