About The Position

The Sales Associate supports Sunglass Hut’s success by creating an authentic, energetic customer experience and helping customers find premium eyewear. The role involves meeting sales goals, building customer relationships, recommending eyewear suited to customers’ needs and lifestyles, and providing accurate, technology-enabled service. Associates work with store colleagues and leadership, maintain a clean and appealing store, and help foster an inclusive and respectful environment. Hands-on training and opportunities to develop skills are provided.

Requirements
