About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness Madison is seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated person to join its front desk sales team. The role suits someone who enjoys interacting with people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable starting early. Shifts begin at 4:30 AM. The position is offered as a full-time or part-time opportunity and pays $14.00 per hour starting.

Requirements

• Be dependable and consistently available for shifts beginning at 4:30 AM.
• Have a friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Have basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Interest in health and fitness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with member check-ins and class bookings.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and membership inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective members and assist with membership sales.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
• Support daily studio operations and work as part of a team.
