About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness Madison is seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated person to join its front desk sales team. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is available for early morning shifts beginning at 4:30 AM. The position may be full-time or part-time and is based at the Madison, Mississippi studio.

The Sales Associate welcomes members and guests, assists with check-ins and class bookings, handles calls, emails, and membership inquiries, and follows up with prospective members to support membership sales. The role also helps keep the studio clean and welcoming and supports daily operations as part of a team.

Requirements

• Dependability and consistent availability for shifts beginning at 4:30 AM.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Interest in health and fitness is a plus.

Responsibilities
