About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the brand and help create excellent customer experiences. The role conveys a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering exceptional service, presenting merchandise, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The associate works with customers and the merchant group, drives personal sales through relationship selling and client development, follows store procedures and policies, and supports community engagement and store health and safety. The position is at BOSS Outlet in Clarksburg.

Requirements

2–3 years of Specialty Retail Sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

BS College Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
