About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with customers, meet sales targets, recommend eyewear suited to customers’ lifestyles and preferences, and help create a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Associates receive hands-on training and work with their team and leadership to deliver excellent service and maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and maintain transaction accuracy.
