About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate for its Macy's shop at Cobb Town Center. The role represents the HUGO BOSS brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate serves customers, drives personal sales, maintains product knowledge, supports merchandising and store upkeep, and follows company policies and procedures.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent and self-motivated, with attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

College degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, business partnership with the merchant group, and problem solving.
Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
Maintain awareness of product information, merchandise lines, promotions, and advertisements.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
