Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position

The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This part-time role is designed to fit your lifestyle, with associates jumping in during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches) to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. Associates will share product knowledge, inspire customers to style their jewellery, and create unforgettable shopping moments. This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Requirements
- Demonstrate results-oriented selling.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
- Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
