About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, maintains store presentation, and supports daily sales operations during peak seasons. The role contributes to an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards. The associate assists customers, maintains and replenishes the sales floor, operates the cash register and POS systems, handles payments, and promotes enrollment in the MINISO Membership Program. The role also follows store policies and safety guidelines and supports team members and management with additional assigned tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
Strong verbal communication skills for clear and effective customer interactions.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Adherence to store policies and procedures.
Professional and respectful demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
Answer product questions, offer suggestions, and help customers locate merchandise.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.

Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and help ensure product availability.
Support visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
Process cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
Use POS systems to apply promotions and check inventory as needed.
Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Support team members and management with additional assigned tasks.
Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude.
Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
