About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associates to serve customers and support store operations. Associates use customer service and sales skills to recommend appropriate products and services, build trust, and contribute to overall store performance. Compensation includes hourly pay and bonus incentives. A $1,000 signing bonus is offered: $500 after 30 days and $500 after 180 days of employment; employees must be in good standing and actively employed to receive each payment.

The role involves handling financial services that may vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Associates must prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Travel is primarily local and may include visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The physical demands include extended periods of standing and the ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state labor laws.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
• Ability to work independently and take accountability for store performance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to sit, walk, reach, stoop, bend, communicate verbally, and actively listen.
• Ability to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus as needed.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
• Spanish proficiency is welcomed in most markets.
