About The Position

Aaron’s Sales Associates engage directly with customers on the showroom floor, help them select products, and contribute to a positive sales environment. The role also includes cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise, as well as clerical work such as creating and maintaining customer files. Associates assist customers and potential customers in person and by telephone. The work can be physically demanding; training and tools are provided to support safe handling of merchandise. The position pays $15.00 to $15.50 per hour and is eligible for performance-based incentive pay.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance from appropriate equipment and/or another associate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be a team player focused on shared goals.
• Desire to make a positive difference for customers.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• High energy and ability to effectively perform all functions of the store.
• Proper telephone etiquette.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
