Sales Associate – Optical – Part Time – Bilingual Spanish

About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role includes helping customers choose eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training where permitted by state law; and educating customers on eyewear and contact lens care. The Sales Associate also maintains accurate customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming phone calls, keeps the store clean and organized and maintains visual merchandising standards. The position supports inventory control and loss prevention procedures and includes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
