About The Position
The Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s District at Green Valley Ranch store delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeds sales goals, and supports store operations during peak hours and other times when additional coverage is needed. The role involves sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style jewellery, and building genuine, lasting connections that foster brand loyalty. This flexible, part-time position has a schedule that varies with business needs. Hours may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons, with availability needed for evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, and special events. There may be periods with few or no scheduled hours. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Care-oriented written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and may vary with business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
