About The Position

The Sales Associate creates an outstanding optical experience for guests by combining product knowledge, experience, and personality with guests’ needs and the company’s fashion brands. The role focuses on helping customers find eyewear suited to their needs, lifestyle, and preferences while delivering quality service and supporting store performance. Associates receive hands-on training and work with colleagues and leadership to maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and visually appealing store.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Experience in retail or customer service.
Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products.
