About The Position

At Health Access Solutions, our purpose is clear: to provide open access to health care that is financially secure, affordable, and sustainable. We are adding to our sales team and looking for the kind of person who turns every “no” into practice for the next “yes” and every cold room into an opportunity for a win. This is a field sales role. You'll be working in a defined territory through a combination of in-person outreach and remote prospecting. No warm leads. No handed-off pipeline. You generate your own opportunities through door-to-door visits, cold calls, walk-ins, and the kind of disciplined follow-through that separates closers from everyone else.

Requirements

  • A track record in volume sales. Door-to-door, cold call, walk-in or some combination of all three.
  • You know your daily activity numbers without being asked. You know your close rate, your best month, and exactly what you did differently to get there.
  • The constitution for this kind of work. You don't need a signal of interest before you engage. Rejection is part of the process and you treat it that way. It’s data, not a verdict.
  • Competitive, internally driven. You keep score. You set personal targets beyond quota because the quota isn't the point; closing is. The best reps at HAS are motivated by what they're capable of building.
  • Coachable without being dependent. You take feedback, adjust fast, and move on. You also don't need a manager to remind you to prospect.
  • A genuine connection to the mission. We sell access to affordable health care for real people. If that means something to you, if you can look a small business owner in the eye and honestly say their employees deserve better, you'll be a stronger rep for it.
  • Mobile and self-sufficient. Reliable transportation, a home base in one of our target states, and the ability to manage a week that mixes field days with remote prospecting time.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect employer groups directly in your territory by walking in, calling in, and showing up consistently until you earn the meeting.
  • Present HAS benefit solutions to business owners and HR decision-makers, helping them understand what their employees deserve access to and why it matters.
  • Own your pipeline from first contact through close.
  • Track your own activity because you already know that volume creates outcomes.
  • Stay connected with the HAS team remotely, using the tools, systems, and support we provide to keep your operation running sharp.
  • Name, adjust, and go back out when something isn't working - a territory, a pitch, an approach. We want people who think on their feet, not just execute on autopilot.
