About The Position
Saatva is seeking Sleep Guides to work in its nationwide network of Viewing Rooms. Sleep Guides provide an immersive, elevated customer experience and help guests explore Saatva mattresses and bedding through knowledgeable, sophisticated service. They build relationships with customers and team members and help customers make informed decisions about sleep products. The role involves engaging with customers in person during scheduled shifts and responding to inquiries through phone, live chat, and in-person showroom interactions. Sleep Guides explain product benefits, become product experts, and resolve customer questions and issues. Regular attendance is expected, and availability to work weekends and major retail holidays is required. The position offers compensation of $21 per hour and a range of benefits.
Requirements
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Well-organized, with excellent multitasking skills and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Comfort using personal computers and related software, including navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and major retail holidays.
- Regular and timely attendance during scheduled shifts.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; the company is willing to train the right candidate.
- 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.
- Clearly communicate product benefits and address customer inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including basic and complex issues.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience.
- Become an expert in Saatva products to assist customers confidently.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, live chat, and in-person on the showroom floor as needed.
- Maintain timely and regular attendance during scheduled shifts.
