About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families. You will welcome customers and support them through their parenting journey by introducing baby essentials, helping them prepare for milestones such as a child’s first day of school, and assisting with their shopping needs. You will work in a welcoming and inclusive retail environment that values and develops team members’ skills and talents.

Compensation ranges from $13.50 to $15.50 per hour, based on experience and location. Applicants must be available for shifts that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and serve multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
