Pandora @ Memorial City is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate. As the largest jewelry brand globally, Pandora empowers millions to express themselves through beautiful products, celebrating important life moments. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This part-time role offers flexibility to fit your lifestyle, with involvement during peak hours to support store operations and deliver exceptional fan experiences. Associates will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, giving a voice to people's passions. Peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods like promotions or product launches. This position requires the completion of an assessment upon application submittal.

Requirements

Demonstrate you are a results-oriented seller.
Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
Reliable support and ability to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
