About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects WHBM’s culture of hospitality. You’ll work with a team to foster genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. This is a temporary, part-time position at the Tanger Outlet Center in Foley, Alabama.

Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; must be at least 18 years old in all other states.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.

Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
