Requirements

  • Proficiency in inside sales, account management, and data entry.
  • Experience in order processing and administrative support.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft programs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new customers through various sources.
  • Maximize customer interactions by upselling and cross-selling various brands.
  • Handle inbound calls and connect customers with the appropriate departments to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Understand customer needs and communicate effectively while ensuring thorough follow-ups.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that aligns with our brand promise.
  • Provide expert-level product knowledge that differentiates us in the market.
