About The Position

Hand & Stone Ocean Township is seeking a sales professional to help create memorable experiences for guests and members. The Sales Associate builds genuine connections with clients, coworkers, and the community while supporting spa sales and guest services. This role offers an hourly base rate of $16.00–$18.00, tailored to experience and skill, plus uncapped commission on membership sales. Top performers typically earn an additional $2–$4 per hour in commission. The position has a varied schedule that may include daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday hours; flexible availability is preferred. Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals.
Consistently achieve performance goals set by spa leadership and the company, including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales.
Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and educate clients about the benefits of services and enhancements.
Answer phone calls, set appointments, greet clients, and support membership sales and management to provide an excellent customer experience.
Promote sales, promotions, and events.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
