About The Position
FGG Spa, LLC, a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist at its Ocean Township location. The role delivers personalized massage treatment plans and a welcoming, professional client experience. Therapists follow the company’s “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients, and participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars. The company emphasizes putting people first and prioritizes therapist and client safety and comfort through annual background checks, annual ethics training, and an Attention Button system in every spa. Compensation includes a base rate of $20 to $25 per 50-minute Swedish massage, plus uncapped commissions of $5 to $9 per 50-minute massage and tips. The posting estimates average total compensation of $65,000 to $88,000 annually for full-time high-performing therapists, based on 30 service hours per week. Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price, with credit card tips paid directly to therapists through Tippy. The location is 2329 NJ-66, Ocean Township, NJ 07712.
