About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a part-time Sales Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. This role involves engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to support various store needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, and accurately handles customer transactions. The associate will also promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain merchandising standards, process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and maintenance. Additionally, the role involves providing and accepting feedback, adhering to labor laws and policies, and supporting shrink reduction and safety goals. Other duties may be assigned.
