This role assists the New Home Sales Consultant (NHC) in the sales process with customers to capture new home sales. The Sales Associate will learn, practice, and develop essential skills in sales and marketing techniques, study and apply appropriate Company guidelines, including the New Home Consultant’s Minimum Performance Standards. They will assist the NHC in performing monthly competitive analyses, assist in weekly Realtor office visits, and help maintain the integrity of their assigned community daily. The position also focuses on developing customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and participation in all sales and training meetings. If not currently licensed, the Sales Associate will be required to obtain a Real Estate Sales license. This position serves as a feeder role for New Home Consultant (NHC). Weekend work is required.
