About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates create an authentic, fun, and energetic customer experience while helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, understand their needs, and recommend eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training and work with colleagues and leadership to provide excellent service and contribute to a supportive team environment. They also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, while fostering inclusion and respect for customers and colleagues. This is a seasonal/temporary position at a Sunglass Hut shop-in-shop inside a Cabela’s store.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping customers and creating great experiences.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and accuracy when handling transactions.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find a suitable look.
• Self-motivation, resilience, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and grow.
