Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, engaging experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with customers, understand their needs, recommend eyewear that suits their lifestyles and preferences, and contribute to sales goals. Associates receive hands-on training and work with teammates and leadership to provide excellent service and maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store. The role also supports a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
