About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate for their BWI Airport location. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, allowing you to contribute during peak hours and support store operations. As a Pandora Fan, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience, exceeding sales goals, and engaging customers with product knowledge and styling advice. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role also requires timely arrival to work and the completion of an assessment upon application submittal.

Requirements

Results-oriented seller.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
At least 18 years or older.
Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Deliver a world-class experience to customers.

Support store operations during peak hours.
Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards.
Work a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times.
Provide reliable support during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
All other duties as assigned.
