The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This part-time role is designed to fit your lifestyle, where you will support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences during peak hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. You will share product knowledge, inspire customers to style their jewellery, and create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations. The role also involves upholding merchandising and retail operational standards and requires a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Demonstrate you are a results-oriented seller.
Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
