About The Position

Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut’s success, providing customers with an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. The role focuses on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training and work with experienced professionals and store leadership to deliver service and contribute to a positive team environment. They also help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store and foster an inclusive, respectful experience for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and accuracy with transactions.
