As a Sales Associate, you will represent the Carter’s brand to growing families and help customers with products for babies and young children and for moments throughout their parenting journey. You will work in a welcoming and inclusive retail environment, helping customers find products and enjoy a positive shopping experience. Requirements

• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb up and down a ladder.
• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and manage multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist customers with omnichannel services as needed to support a positive shopping experience.
• Complete and expedite point-of-sale and register transactions.
• Replenish the sales floor and process shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
