About The Position

J.Jill is seeking a passionate, customer-focused, results-driven part-time Sales Associate to build customer relationships and provide a welcoming, positive shopping experience. The associate helps customers find products, offers styling guidance, and contributes to store sales goals while supporting store operations and maintaining merchandise presentation. The role involves working collaboratively with the store team and creating an authentic customer experience in the store and community.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds and joint or team lifting.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful customer connections through personalized service and styling advice.
• Help customers find appropriate products and support a seamless, enjoyable shopping experience while contributing to sales goals.
• Develop knowledge of J.Jill merchandise to provide guidance and recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute floor sets.
• Participate in store operations, including marketing, product processing and replenishment, markdowns and promotions, store cleanliness, and backroom organization.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
• Address customer needs and concerns with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support store success.
