Sales Associate – Optical - Part Time
About The Position
As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You’ll assist customers in selecting eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You’ll also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized and visually merchandised to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. In some locations, state law requires certain responsibilities to be performed by people with specific licenses or credentials, so job duties and work practices may vary accordingly. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
