About The Position

Sadler's Home Furnishings is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who are great listeners, possess excellent verbal skills, are attentive to details, and have integrity. No prior sales experience is required, as Sadler's will provide training on products and sales techniques. The position offers a guaranteed pay of $2,000 per two-week pay period for the initial 120 days, after which employees can choose to continue with the guarantee or earn commissions. Sadler's has been serving Alaskans with quality home furnishings for over 50 years, boasting a large showroom and a team-oriented approach focused on five-star customer service. Requirements

Ability to listen and understand the customer’s needs.
Succeed in a team environment, yet able to work independently.
Ability to learn POS system and general computer programs.
Able to be mobile on the showroom floor, frequently walking, bending, sitting, and kneeling.
Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays such as Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and background check.
