About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you represent the J.Crew brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work collaboratively with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on delivering a seamless customer experience with collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

You provide authentic customer service, drive sales, and meet selling and service expectations. You also assist with operational and product-related store tasks assigned by management and share customer feedback and insights with the management team. The role requires scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
