About The Position

The Sales Associate supports the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals and initiatives. The associate represents the brand professionally, engages customers, maintains store standards, and supports teamwork. The position involves customer service, sales, point-of-sale transactions, inventory replenishment, shipment processing, merchandising, housekeeping, and adherence to loss-prevention procedures. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and takes place in an adult-content retail environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays.
Ability to use a retail POS system and inventory scanner.
Ability to make change using American monetary units.
Ability to receive positive and constructive feedback from the Store Leadership Team.
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds without restrictions.
Ability to lift and move large, heavy packages and boxes rapidly and continuously, including loading and unloading boxes throughout a scheduled shift.
Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, carry products, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Ability to perform store maintenance, including sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash, and cleaning.
Ability to use and climb ladders and/or step stools.
Ability to perform repetitive motions such as hanging, folding, and ringing up customers.
Ability to use caution with difficult customers, houseless people, and/or transients and avoid confrontations.

Responsibilities

Stay aware of customer activity and promptly prioritize assisting customers over other tasks.
Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services, including loyalty programs, to build sales and minimize returns.
Use sound judgment to address customer concerns effectively.
Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the point of sale.
Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are represented.
Follow company standards for merchandise presentation, signage, and displays.
Perform daily housekeeping duties to company standards.
Protect company assets by adhering to loss-prevention procedures.
Contribute proactively to a flexible and enjoyable team atmosphere.
Share suggestions, ideas, and concerns constructively with appropriate Store Leadership.
Take responsibility for assigned tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
