About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate for the Express store at Collection Seattle. The role provides a great in-store shopping experience for retail customers and includes supporting store operations through tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. Associates maintain clean, organized, safe, and inviting sales and back-of-house areas; follow company policies and procedures; and assist with product launches according to company standard operating procedures. They deliver the customer experience model, process transactions quickly and accurately, resolve or escalate customer service issues, and promote credit and loyalty programs. Other essential functions may be assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; the posting lists 0–2 years.
• Proficiency with technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room areas so the store is safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait time.
• Resolve customer service issues or escalate them as appropriate, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty member programs and encourage customer participation.
• Perform additional tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise, as directed.
