We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team. The role is suited to someone with sales experience who enjoys working with people. Requirements

Automotive sales background preferred.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
Strong written and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Assist customers who enter the dealership, answer their questions, and help them select a vehicle suited to their needs.
Sell a minimum number of vehicles based on goals and objectives defined by the sales manager.
Explain product performance, applications, and benefits to prospects, and describe optional equipment available for purchase.
Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
Review and analyze performance and actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to improve time use and planning.
Offer test drives to all prospects and follow dealership procedures to obtain proper identification before a test drive.
