About The Position

Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. They provide customers with an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. The role involves meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, recommending eyewear suited to customers’ needs and preferences, and contributing to a supportive, inclusive store environment. Associates also maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store and use technology accurately to support the customer experience. Hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals are provided.
