About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you are a brand ambassador who builds authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help keep merchandise organized and properly placed on the sales floor, and collaborate with the team to create personalized customer experiences and maintain an inviting store environment. The role focuses on customer service, brand loyalty, visual and operational standards, and providing a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You use company technology to stay informed about priorities and promotions and partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations.

Requirements
