About The Position

Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Sales, we are hiring a Sales Associate with a passion for furniture and commercial design to work in close partnership with a Workplace Consultant. You will provide professional front-line sales and account support, delivering superior client experiences through proactive communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail. You will build your knowledge to consistently deliver outstanding results and execute complete, accurate, and timely solutions across multiple concurrent opportunities. This is an existing, full-time vacancy, working 3 days per week on-site at our Mississauga showroom.

Requirements

  • The experience. You have an aptitude for sales and an eye for design. You have excellent project coordination, time management, and organizational skills. You can uphold internal processes and procedures and identify areas for increased efficiency. You have exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and can quickly learn new tools, including CRM platforms and sales enablement systems.
  • The interpersonal skills. You have exceptional communication skills. You share our belief in real talk and asking questions to obtain and verify detailed requirements. You are highly collaborative and sincerely appreciate diverse ideas and approaches. You can build trust, influence decisions, and work closely across teams. You are happy to jump in wherever and whenever needed, demonstrating a strong service mindset and team-first approach.
