About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate for Express at the Colorado Mills store. The role is responsible for providing retail customers with a great in-store shopping experience while supporting store operations through tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. Associates help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting store; follow company policies and procedures; and assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures. They deliver the customer experience, process transactions accurately and efficiently, resolve customer service issues or escalate them to Store Management, and promote credit and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months.
• Proficiency using technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours, as defined by the company.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to keep the store safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to support the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine a resolution or escalate as appropriate, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty programs and encourage customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
