HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for the Macy's Shop at Hillsdale. The associate acts as a brand ambassador and helps bring the company’s collections to customers.

Requirements

Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, support of the merchant group, and general problem solving.
Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
Maintain awareness of product knowledge, product lines, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
