About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to enhance our members’ experience and serve as a brand ambassador for the OTF community. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, including potential weekend shifts. The sales team is dedicated to motivating individuals interested in self-improvement. Orangetheory Fitness is a global leader in heart rate-based interval training, with over 1,500 studios worldwide.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a sales, retail or fitness environment (preferred)
• Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Welcome everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested prospects.
• Maintain the front desk, including answering phones, interacting with members, and other tasks.
• Conduct studio tours for potential members.
• Collaborate with the coaching team to guide new members through their first workout.
• Sell memberships to support studio growth and achieve personal sales goals.
• Follow up on prospects and conduct outreach calls to support studio growth.
• Handle member concerns professionally and objectively.
• Participate in studio marketing and outreach events.
• Ensure all studio areas are kept clean and organized.
