About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will be the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families. You will welcome parents, grandparents, and other customers, introduce them to baby essentials, and help them find products for important moments in their parenting journey. You will work in a welcoming and inclusive retail environment, providing product guidance and customer assistance while supporting store operations and creating a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.

• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and serve multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale and register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
