About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Madewell, you represent the brand through personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work with team members and managers to support business success. You also drive sales, complete assigned operational and product-related store tasks, and share customer feedback with management. The position requires scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as reaching for and moving products weighing at least 40 pounds (18 kilos). The hourly pay range is $15.00–$17.10.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while completing tasks.

• Bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
