About The Position

Sales Associates support Sunglass Hut's success by creating authentic, engaging customer experiences and helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, learn about their needs, and recommend eyewear suited to their lifestyles and preferences. The role includes working toward sales targets, using technology to support customer service and accurate transactions, and collaborating with colleagues and leaders to maintain a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Associates also help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals support continued learning and development.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating positive customer experiences.
• Communication skills and the ability to engage customers and drive sales.
