About The Position

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and sell premium mattress and bedding products. Associates use the company's established selling process and bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system to offer customers a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on their needs and sleep solutions. The role includes interacting with customers, using retail sales technology, maintaining the showroom, and assisting customers with loading purchases. The typical schedule is 4–5 days per week, with availability for evenings, most holidays, and weekends; associates may work 40–55 hours per week.

Requirements

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

• Bilingual verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress and bedding products using the company's sales process and bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience and understand their needs.
• Use tablets, mobile point-of-sale systems, and the bedMATCH system.
• Reset the showroom floor.
• Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
