About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role involves helping customers choose eyewear that fits their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training where permitted by state law; and educating customers about eyewear and contact lens care. The associate also maintains customer and patient records, communicates order status, answers incoming calls, keeps the store clean and organized and merchandise presented to brand standards, and supports inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
